Come join our Water Aerobics class beginning on
Tuesday, June 4th. We will meet every Tuesday and
Thursday at the pool from 6:30pm to 7:30pm; in the shallow end. Karla
Milota will be leading the class again this year. Please be informed that Karla
is not life guard certified, nor a certified water aerobics instructor, but her
knowledge as a physical therapist is very beneficial to the routine. This is a
great cardio workout and stress reliever after a busy day, plus we have lots of
laughs, and you will always be meeting new people. This is not just for the
ladies—the guys are welcome too! No registration is required. Just show up at
the pool and bring a large water noodle with you. Looking forward to seeing you
for some good healthy fun!
